As part of the progressive digitisation of our quality system, validation and investigation reports will be integrated into our eQMS with analytical signatures replaced by electronic signatures.
The replacement of written signatures with digital signatures will allow Chemika to speed up the issue of documents and reduce the time taken for review, meaning our clients will receive reports faster.
Later in 2024 our customers will see further benefits when validation protocols are integrated into our eQMS. This will allow for customers to electronically sign and approve validation protocols, with follow up emails to make it harder to miss critical approvals for urgent projects.
Validation projects have become progressively more complex and lengthy with changes in regulatory expectations of recent years. Chemika is always looking to improve processes around these studies to claw back this complexity with the use of robust and efficient systems.
