Packaging Testing

Our support of pharmaceutical manufacturing extends to analysis of pharmaceutical containers according to pharmacopoeial methods.

Chemika has implemented a number of test methods for the evaluation of containers and closures. We are also equipped with an autoclave to allow for solution preparation on site for the testing of glass containers.

We are experienced in the development and implementation of test methods for investigation of leachables and extractables. This includes determining ideal extraction techniques and the use of multiple techniques for identification and where necessary, quantification of the resulting compounds in solution.
